Can I Win More Than 1 Prize?
Yes, you most definitely can! You will receive 1 scratch card for each Basil Box stir fry, preset, or customizable box that you purchase, so the more boxes you purcahse, the more prizes you'll win!
Is This Promotion Valid at All Basil Box Stores Across Canada?
This promotion is valid at all locations except Carleton University, while supplies last.
Can I Redeem my Basil Box Loyalty Points to receive a Scratch Card?
No, unfortunately Basil Box loyalty points items are excluded from this promotion. You will have to purcahse a regular-priced Basil Box stir fry, preset, or customizable box to receive a Lunar New Year scratch card.
Can I Receive a Basil Box Scratch Card if I order from a Delivery Platform?
Yes, you can! Any Basil Box stir fry, preset, or customizable boxes purchased from any of our platforms qualify for this promotion. However, we do recommend ordering directly from us in order to get lower fees, and order priority! Click here to order delivery or pickup directly from us.

How Are The Prizes Distributed?
Each scratch card is a winner and the distribution of all prizes are completely at random.
How Long Do I Have to Claim Prizes?
All scratch cards must be redeemed by March 31, 2025 in-store only.
Is A Purchase the Only Way to receive a Scratch Card?
A purchase is not necessary to receive a scratch card, and if you would like a scratch card please email feedback@thebasilbox.com with your name and mailing address. One scratch card per household.
